Ord 715 Camping on City Property

The purpose of this ordinance is to update Ordinances related to camping in the City of Aumsville to allow for some constitutionally protected camping while protecting sensitive areas of the City that could be impacted by negative effects of such activity, and to discourage camping in areas where such activities create unsafe and unsanitary living conditions which can impact the public health, safety, and welfare of both campers and the community.
