Ord 686 Nuisances

The purpose of this ordinance is to outline what is considered a nuisance, provide for abatement, and describe penalties. This covers a wide variety of subjects including but not limited to: animals, refuse and debris, garbage, pollution, noise, hazards, defective sidewalks, weeds and other noxious vegetation, dumping and storage, trees, bushes, shrubs, fences, standing water, radio interference, junk, and derelict buildings.
